Delivery Areas
We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan, including all major cities and most rural areas via our courier partners.
Shipping Fees
A flat shipping fee of Rs 200 applies to all orders. Orders above Rs 2,500 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout.
Delivery Times
Orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location — major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) usually receive orders within 2-3 days.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by SMS/email, and you can track it anytime from your Account → Order History.
Packaging
Every jar is sealed and packed with care to arrive fresh and intact. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a replacement.
